Shipping policy

Orders take 2 - 3 business days processing time on all orders. We offer a variety of shipping methods for affordability and convenience. If you do not see your preferred delivery option here, please contact us for options and pricing. Please see below our perferred delivery options: 

• PUDO Locker to Locker Delivery R70 3-5 business days (our cheapest otrion)
• Courier Guy Standard Delivery R120. Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Please note that should you opt to use PUDO Locker to Locker delivery and fail to collect your parcel within the allocated time, we Dis MOOi are NOT responsible for the arrangement of another delivery method. That will then be up to you, the customer. 

Once your order has been processed and your parcel has been shipped, we will notify you on the status of your order and provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your order.
